Detailed drawings and reports are provided for every part of the building, from the foundation to the top, based on the building plan and soil quality.

Planning permission and building permits for buildings, along with land approvals for single plots or layouts, are obtained under the guidance of Tamil Nadu regulations (GCC, CMDA, DTCP & Municipal, Panchayats) - (Self-Certification Scheme - TN).

The layout, plot, and overall building plan, along with interior design as per Vastu requirements, are prepared. Detailed drawings for electrical and plumbing works are also provided.

Information is provided on the quantity and price of construction materials, labor costs, and other related details.

A proposed work plan is formulated for the site, covering repair works, new construction, additional construction, alterations, and strengthening of the structure. 

Elevation and interior designs for the proposed land and building are prepared in accordance with the working plan. These designs are suitable for the intended use of the building.

Valuation of land and buildings is carried out based on current market prices and government guidelines. Estimations are prepared for both existing structures and new or proposed buildings.

Drug license–related drawing services are provided here, covering Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, and Warehouse requirements.

We provide electrical and plumbing plan layouts along with quantity details, specifying the brands used. These are prepared by a qualified Electrical Engineer.

Boundaries, levels, contours, and physical features of a plot are determined before and after construction.

We provide support services to organizations in the form of drafting and auditing.

Excavation of soil samples is carried out at various subsoil levels, followed by testing using prescribed methods. A detailed report is then prepared based on the soil test results.
